A private tool that brings website quote-request emails into the business owner’s review workflow.
What it does
The app monitors the existing Dent Fix Pros label in the owner’s authorized Gmail account. It checks new website submissions for a name, mobile number, vehicle year/make/model, location, preferred service day and dent-photo references. It flags incomplete or ambiguous submissions for review.
A request containing the email’s identifier is sent to the owner’s private OpenAI Codex chat. The owner-authorized assistant can then read that specific email through the owner’s connected Gmail service and review the lead. This is an operational tool for the business owner; it does not offer public account registration.
Google access
The app requests Gmail read-only access and Google Cloud Pub/Sub access. Gmail permission applies to the authorized mailbox; the app restricts its intake logic to Dent Fix Pros submissions. Pub/Sub delivers mailbox-change notifications through the app’s dedicated topic and subscription. The app does not send, modify or delete Gmail messages.
Review before action
The current version prepares a review. It does not automatically text customers, post technician quote requests, write the lead spreadsheet, set a customer price or book an appointment.
