These terms describe use of the private email intake tool operated by Dent Fix Pros. They do not replace a customer’s repair estimate, service agreement or appointment confirmation.
Authorized use
This tool is intended for the business owner’s authorized account and operational review. Use it only for accounts and customer information you are authorized to access. Public account registration is not offered.
Purpose and limits
The app identifies new website quote-request emails, checks information completeness and brings eligible submissions into the owner’s private review workflow. Its current version does not automatically send customer messages, publish technician requests, write the lead spreadsheet, issue prices, book appointments or record payment.
A missing-field flag or photo reference needs review. A preferred service date is a customer request; it is not an appointment confirmation. An intake record is not evidence that a quote was sent, a repair was completed or payment was received.
Review and availability
The owner should review duplicates, incomplete submissions and any uncertain delivery before taking action. The connection depends on a running, online computer, the owner’s Google authorization and the availability of Google and Codex services. An interruption may delay review.
Data and access
The privacy policy explains access, storage, service providers and disconnection. Do not share account passwords or authorization tokens through the tool’s review messages. Google and OpenAI account use also remains subject to the respective service agreements.
Stopping use and support
